COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update
Everyone’s wellbeing continues to be our priority and so we have implemented some measures in accordance with current mandates and guidelines including:
- All staff, volunteers and anyone who comes into the office (excluding clients) must be fully vaccinated
- Masks must be worn while in the office
- Social distancing is maintained where possible
We continue to review all available COVID guidelines and risk assessments and seek medical advice around the provision of our services.
As such most of our services remain available, including our counselling service which is available either face to face or via telehealth. However, the way in which some of our services are delivered may vary. We will provide affected families/individuals with updates about changes to service provision. Our decisions are not made lightly and are made to try to reduce the possible risk to the families we support, staff and volunteers, and to also ensure our services are able to continue for all families.
We apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment that any changes may cause, and we thank you all for your continued understanding.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide you with updates as changes occur.
If you have any questions or concerns about any of this, please don’t hesitate to contact the Family Service team on 8239 2211.
Kind regards,
The Childhood Cancer Association Team
