Gold Ribbon Gala Volunteers
We need some incredible volunteers who can assist with set-up prior to the event and fundraising during the evening of Saturday, the 8th of August at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
You’re guaranteed an amazing night and we’d be so grateful, as all proceeds will support kids with cancer and their families. 🎗
Event Set-Up (between 12pm - 3 pm)
You may be helping with any of the following:
💛Unboxing and displaying wine for the Wine Wall
💛Unpacking and setting up artwork in the gallery area
💛Preparing silent auction and raffle tables
💛Setting up the merchandise display
💛Placing collateral materials (flyers, programs, etc.) on table settings
Event Crew (between 5pm - 12:30am)
You may be helping with any of the following:
💛Guest check-in and registration
💛Selling raffle ticket at tables
💛Managing merchandise sales and the wine wall
💛Taking Pledge and Live Auction payments
💛Handing out silent auction items
💛General event support, guest engagement, and troubleshooting
💛Packing down the event
