Delivery of Merchandise

We will mail products within 3 business days* of us accepting the order.

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $10 per order. Orders of more than $70 receive free shipping.

Orders will be delivered by Australia Post - Standard Post* and you will be emailed with a tracking number for your order. (*Please check the Australia Post website for domestic delivery times.)

Alternatively, orders can be picked up at our office by selecting this option during the check-out process. For these orders, you will receive an email when your items are ready for collection. They can then be collected at Level 1, 55 King William Rd, North Adelaide - between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. All items must be collected within 30 days of the order being received, or your order will be cancelled.

We will advise you within 3 business days if products are not available at the time of order or if there may be a delay for any reason.


We must be informed of any damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of the customer receiving them if a replacement or refund is to be requested.

Damaged or faulty goods will either be replaced, or the cost will be refunded, within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods (stock levels permitting).

E-gift cards are non-refundable.
