Delivery of Merchandise

We will mail products within 3 business days of us accepting the order.

Postage and handling charges will vary depending on items purchased and delivery location. Orders more than $70 receive free shipping.

Orders will be delivered by Australia Post - Standard Post.
Please check the Australia Post website for domestic delivery times.
Please note: Australia Post is advising all standard domestic post be sent by Monday, 12 December, so we recommend placing your order with us by Sunday, 11 December to receive before Christmas.

For orders being picked-up at our office, you will receive an email when your items are ready for collection. They can then be collected at Level 1, 55 King William Rd, North Adelaide - between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. All items must be collected within 30 days of the order being received, or your order will be cancelled.

We will advise you within 3 business days if products are not available at the time of order.


We must be informed of any damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of the customer receiving them if a replacement or refund is to be requested.

Damaged or faulty goods will either be replaced, or the cost will be refunded, within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods (stock levels permitting).

E-gift cards are non-refundable.
