Delivery of Merchandise

We will mail products within 3 business days of us accepting the order.

Postage and handling charges will vary depending on items purchased and delivery location. Orders more than $70 receive free shipping.

Orders will be delivered by Australia Post - Standard Post (2-6 business days), however, due to Coronavirus impacts, Australia Post are currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network.

For orders being picked-up at our office, you will receive an email when your items are ready for collection. They can then be collected at Level 1, 55 King William Rd, North Adelaide - between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We will advise you within 3 business days if products are not available at the time of order.

Please note: Elliot and Baby Elliot are available for pre-order as stocks are due to arrive soon - you can expect delivery in September 2020.


We must be informed of any damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of the customer receiving them if a replacement or refund is to be requested.

Damaged or faulty goods will either be replaced, or the cost will be refunded, within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods (stock levels permitting).

E-gift cards are non-refundable.
