Your Dollar was Doubled, Thank You!

Do you remember hearing about Alex and her sister Robyn in this year’s tax appeal? Alex was diagnosed with cancer when she was young and her cancer has had a profound effect on her younger sister, Robyn.

Eight years later, the Childhood Cancer Association continues to play an enormous part in the lives of the Thomas Family. In particular, the sibling support program – Super Important Brothers and Sisters (SIBS) – has helped Robyn so much.

By sharing their story, the Thomas family wanted to ensure that siblings, like Alex and Robyn, have the support they need during one of the toughest times in their lives.

The cost to provide these services is high, that’s why we set ourselves a fundraising target of $60,000.

We’re pleased to report that with your support, along with a gift of $30,000 from an anonymous donor, we exceeded this goal – raising $62,231.

Thanks to people like you the Thomas family still get our help when they need it.
