Fundraising Admin Volunteer
Are you organised, detail-focused and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?
The Childhood Cancer Association is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Fundraising Admin Volunteer to join our Fundraising Team for one day each week.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, working with data and supporting a busy team. Your contribution will help our fundraising team maintain accurate donor information and ensure our fundraising activities run smoothly – ultimately helping us continue to provide practical support to families affected by childhood cancer.
What you’ll be doing
Working alongside our friendly Fundraising Team, you’ll provide valuable administrative support across a range of tasks, including:
- Collecting and updating donor information
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Entering and checking data
- Supporting good data quality and database health
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Providing general administrative support to the Fundraising Team
We’re looking for someone who has
- Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- An ability to work accurately with data and follow processes
- Experience using a CRM or database system (desirable, but not essential)
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
- A reliable and positive approach
- Availability to volunteer one full day per week to keep projects moving

Location: North Adelaide
Commitment: One day per week
Hours: 5-7 hours per week (between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday)
