Each year we are fortunate to be involved in a number of events and fundraising activities and subsequently we require volunteers to assist in the lead up as well as on event day.

Roles can include:

  • Office administration support (moderate to high level of computer skills required)
  • Event preparation, including packing items, sourcing auction items, phone calls and finance reconciliation
  • At an event, selling raffle tickets or merchandise, checking guests into an event. Collecting donations at a sporting match and so much more!

Everyone in the office was very welcoming, and I was given a safe space to learn and explore. With that, I was able to gain valuable insights on psychology work, as well as learning diverse ways to support the community. Definitely recommend CCA to other volunteers!
