Our goal for September 2017 - International Childhood Cancer Awareness Month - was to raise $20,000 to help fund home tutoring for an entire year.
The CCA Home Tutor Scheme helps to continue a child's education and assists with their transition back to the school environment.
We're thrilled to announce that every dollar you fundraised and donated helped us exceed our target - by raising an impressive $27,000! Thank you.
We also thank the Adelaide community, who lit up gold on Friday, 1 September with Adelaide Oval, Government House, the Riverbank Footbridge, Adelaide Railway Station building and the Town Hall balcony supporting this global initiative to help raise awareness for childhood cancer.

3,300 of our Facebook supporters also updated their facebook profile with our temporary "gold" frame to raise awareness for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
Special thanks to our families - the den Dekker, Hartley, Mead and Gardam-James families - who shared their stories with local media.
Along with grandparent, Pat Carlson, who talked about the support she receives through the Bereaved Grandparents Group in the spring edition of Grandparents Day Magazine.
An incredible effort by all... we couldn't do it without you. Thank you.
