Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic volunteer to provide administration support to our Fundraising Team. In particular, this position will work on two key events in our 2025 calendar. As a Fundraising and Event Volunteer, you will work closely with our fundraising team to complete a range of tasks including but not limited to the collection of guest information, processing payments, coordinating the delivery of donations, volunteer communication and more!

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess the following key skills:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Organisational skills and attention to detail

- Experience using Canva or similar graphic design software (desired)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create and manage documents and spreadsheets.

- Confident phone manner

- Experience with CRM databases (desired)

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Availability to commit to one full day per week, with flexibility to increase availability to two days per week as the event date approaches if needed
