More than a Game

Congratulations to our Ambassador, Travis Boak, on an extraordinary AFL career with the Port Adelaide Football Club.

At just 22, Travis stepped up to become an Ambassador for the Childhood Cancer Association and for the past 15 years, he has devoted his time, energy, and kindness to helping children with cancer, and their families.

From regular visits to the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, wearing our gold shoelaces on the field, to rallying his teammates to create magical moments like Boaky’s Buddy and Captain for the Day, Travis has always gone above and beyond.

He has also used his platform to raise vital awareness and funds, championing our cause in the media, at events, and through his position at the Club to help us become an official charity partner.

Travis has always shown incredible leadership, compassion, and unwavering support. We are so proud and grateful to have you as part of our CCA family.
