Tribute Ride for Tyson

The Tribute Ride for Tyson is a fundraiser for the Childhood Cancer Association, in memory of a young boy named Tyson.

Tyson bravely fought stage 4 neuroblastoma, but sadly, he succumbed to the disease on 12 June 2010, at just 3 years of age. The Childhood Cancer Association provided support to Tyson and his family both during and after treatment.

To commemorate what would have been Tyson's 18th birthday, Tyson's Dad, Dan, and his mates are riding across Australia from Perth, WA to the Gold Coast, QLD on postie bikes!

Covering over 4,400kms (or nearly 5,000kms if they take the scenic route), this journey will raise awareness for childhood cancer. With five riders and two support vehicles, including a mobile workshop and spare parts, this will be quite an adventure.
