Recognising our Volunteers

Childhood Cancer Association volunteers and supporters were recognised at a Government House reception on Monday, 2 September. A group of volunteers were awarded for their outstanding contribution over many years, making a real difference in the lives of children with cancer and their families.
Boaky's Buddy

12-year-old cancer survivor, Ryan Lane-Ellis, was named 'Boaky's Buddy' and spent the day training with the Port Adelaide Football Club then ran out with the boys in Round 9's clash against the Gold Coast Suns.
Boak's 10-year milestone

To commemorate 10 seasons of Travis Boak being an ambassador for the Childhood Cancer Association, he invited 10 families he's supported over the years to come along to training for an inner sanctum experience. Watch the video.
Gold shoelaces for childhood cancer

Working Together for Better Health Outcomes

A new collaboration between the Childhood Cancer Association and SAHMRI, will see us working together to unite researchers and families in the fight against Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia.
